about

I love to work with design-led clients who value conveying subtle, tactile, and emotive experiences through still imagery. My approach leans toward creating images which, to look at, feel more like memories than marketing. My style balances precision with simplicity to create compositions that are evocative yet natural, guided by a principle of restraint: “perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.”

Before establishing my practice in 2024, I applied my commerce degree to a handful of analytical roles across the wine trade and luxury skincare in Melbourne, then returned home to sunny Perth (and university!) as an Honours in Psychology graduate and a researcher, before becoming a mum.

Design and photography have long run parallel to these professional paths. In early motherhood, during quiet moments to myself (though elusive), I found myself craving an artistic outlet, a technical skillset that demanded precision, and a way to immerse myself in varying expressions of art across history. Photography, it turns out, fulfils all three - and indeed, it’s been incredibly rewarding to hone a craft where exquisite  design and emotion converge.
